How do I choose my correct flange size?

👋🏾 Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to assist you with any questions you may have about our breast pump suction kits and replacement inserts.

Our suction kits are compatible with all of our breast pumps, except for our Pure Freedom model, which is only compatible with the 'All In One' kit. So, if you have one of our other breast pumps, any suction kit will fit.

When it comes to replacement inserts, we have two types: 'All In One' and 'Original'. The 'All In One' replacement inserts fit with 'All In One' kits, while the 'Original' replacement inserts are only for 'Original' kits. It's important to use the correct replacement insert type with your kit.

If you need a different size kit that may not be available in your current kit options, you can purchase a full kit of another type. For example, if you have an 'Original' kit but need a larger size, you can purchase an 'All In One' kit in the size you need.

I'm unsure which Insert/Kit I need to purchase?

We're delighted to let you know that we ship our products directly from Mount Maunganui every day. 

Our preferred tracked courier options are NZPost and NZPost International, and if your order is placed before 1pm, it will usually be dispatched the same day.

Our shipping charges are as follows:
New Zealand: $6.50 or free for orders over $150
Australia: $20
Rest of World: Price on application
